Cancel at any time, in two clicks, from inside the application. No phone call, no email required, no retention step.

1. Who this applies to
This policy covers every application operated by Bossa Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its business address at 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166.
2. How to cancel
The cancellation control is reachable in two clicks from any signed-in screen. We do not require you to speak to anyone, complete a survey, or accept an offer before cancelling. Where we offer a discount as an alternative, declining it is presented with the same prominence as accepting it.
3. Where you bought it decides where you cancel
- Bought inside an iPhone or iPad app: Apple manages the subscription. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the application and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Bought inside an Android app: Google manages the subscription. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select the application and tap Cancel subscription.
- Bought on an application's website: cancel from your account page on that website, or email us.
Deleting the application from your device does not cancel the subscription. The subscription lives in your store account, and billing continues until it is cancelled there. This is the single most common cause of an unexpected charge, and it is worth checking before you assume a cancellation went through.
4. What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut access off early.
- No further charges are made.
- We email a confirmation of every cancellation. Keep it: it is your record.
- Your account and content remain available if you resubscribe within the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancelling during a free trial
Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Access continues until the trial's original end date. We email a reminder before a trial converts, with a direct link to cancel.
6. Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the charge you have already paid. If you want that charge back, see the Refund Policy — within 14 days we refund in full, without asking why.
7. Deleting your account
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and the personal data attached to it, write to privacy@bossa-ventures.com or use the deletion option in the application where it is offered.
8. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a subscription if payment fails repeatedly, if these terms are materially breached, or if we discontinue an application. If we discontinue a paid application, we give notice by email and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
