Subscription Policy

1. What you are buying

Our applications are software. A subscription is a recurring licence to use an application and its premium features for as long as the subscription is active. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is granted automatically once payment succeeds, and ends when the paid period ends after cancellation.

2. Price and currency

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless the store or checkout displays another currency for your region. The full price, the billing period and the features included are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and again on the receipt we send you. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.

The price, plans and billing periods available for each application are listed on that application's own website and inside the application itself.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. A weekly plan is charged every week; a monthly plan every month; an annual plan every year. We email a receipt for every charge.

To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

4. Free trials and introductory prices

Where an application offers a free trial or an introductory price, the following is shown on the same screen as the purchase button, before you confirm: the length of the trial or introductory period, the exact price you will be charged when it ends, and the billing period that follows.

Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged. We send a reminder by email before the first full charge, with a direct link to cancel. Trials are offered once per customer per application.

5. Price changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price of an active subscription. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continuing the subscription after that date means you accept the new price.

6. What appears on your statement

Charges appear on your card or bank statement under the name of the application you subscribed to, not under the company name. For our current product:

Purchases made inside an iPhone or Android application are billed by Apple or Google and may appear on your statement as APPLE.COM/BILL or GOOGLE, with the application name on the store receipt.

7. Where you bought it

A subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play is billed and managed by Apple or Google. It must be cancelled and refunded through your Apple or Google account; we cannot cancel or refund it for you, though we will always help you find the right place. A subscription bought on an application's own website is billed by our payment processor and managed from your account page on that website.

8. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we retry it over the following days and email you a link to update your payment method. If payment is still not completed, the subscription is cancelled and premium access ends. Your account and data remain available under our retention periods, described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, with no retention step and no phone call. See the Cancellation Policy for how, and the Refund Policy for when a charge is refunded.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the effective date above. Changes that affect an active subscription are notified by email before they take effect.
